Metal material and surface treatment

Polish on stainless steel frame

After our processing treatment of shaping,sanding,welding,polishing,fitting with delicate leather cushion together,so the level of product has great advancement,also guaranteen the durability of product,morever, whether our making processes or customer’s using processes,they are of environmental protection.

So metal frame of our product made by stainless steel basically,of course this is customer’s choice,also it is the trend of market development.

Our usual stainless steel has two types,one is 202#,another is 304#, which is better than 202# on performance,

While in order to th balance between performance and price on the market.we usually use 202# to make indoor furniture, and choose 304# to make outdoor furniture.sure,many customers pay more attention on surface treatment of stainless steel,so they adopt 304# to make product directly,then we are sure production as per customer’s requirements.

Surface wire drawing or oxidizing aluminium frame

In order to present some elegance quallties , and possess using property, we will adpot aluminium for material, through a series of shaping processing and surface wire drawing or oxidizing treatment to achieve our needed effect. This choice and produced effection become the stress of promotion during many products markting activity.customer also would like pursuit and accept this product which have different feature.

Meantime, for consideration different market has request for product performance and price,so we also adpot cheaper spraying onthe surface for common steel frame and chrome frame.whatever,we all will try our best to make high quality product with advance and mature process technique which using different material and process method.To achieve good performance on the market.

We usually adopted letaher including Italian top grain leather,Aniline leather and ponyskin etc.We also make product with half leather according to customer’s request.
